Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at wizzad.ai and the related applications, products, and services provided by Wizzad (“Wizzad,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Your account

  • You must provide accurate information when you register and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notify us promptly at support@wizzad.ai if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. The Service

Wizzad provides an AI-powered workspace with study, research, writing, design, and productivity tools. We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

4. Plans, billing, and credits

  • Some features require a paid subscription or the purchase of credits. Prices and what each plan includes are shown at the point of purchase.
  • Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Payments are processed by our payment processor, Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your selected payment method.
  • Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and credits are non-transferable and may expire. We may change prices on a going-forward basis with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in violation of any law or the rights of others, including intellectual property and privacy rights.
  • Upload or generate content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, hateful, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems, or interfere with or disrupt the Service.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the Service, or resell or redistribute it without our permission.
  • Use the Service to build a competing product, or use automated means to access it in a way that burdens our infrastructure.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create or upload (“Your Content”). You grant Wizzad a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, display, and adapt Your Content solely as needed to operate and provide the Service to you — including transmitting it to the third-party AI providers that power the features you use. You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit Your Content and that it does not violate these Terms or any law.

7. AI-generated output

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate outputs based on your inputs. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or otherwise unsuitable, and it is provided for your assistance only. It is not professional advice (including legal, medical, financial, or academic advice). You are responsible for reviewing and verifying outputs before relying on or acting on them. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service and its outputs complies with your school’s or institution’s academic-integrity and other applicable policies.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Wizzad and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted to you, we reserve all rights. If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them without obligation to you.

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on and may integrate with third-party services (for example, AI providers, payment processing, and sign-in providers). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WIZZAD AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wizzad and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms or any law.

14. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Wizzad is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there, except where applicable consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your own place of residence.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and provide notice as appropriate. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
